All you need is a decent-looking set of pajamas or a nightgown, a bathrobe, and a pair of slippers. The right props are essential to make this a costume and not a cop-out. Carry a mug of coffee, put shaving crème on your face if you're a man, or put curlers in your hair if you're a woman.

Dog Food

a good variety of dog food, and purchase a 50-pound bag of food. Look for a colorful bag with an appealing graphic or a clever name.

Cut the bottom of the bag off and store the dog food in a clean, dry, container. Wipe the inside of the bag out with a damp towel.
